Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be really happy with all of your purchases. Unused, unwashed items may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Items must be complete with packaging and in new condition. We understand that some items, whether given as gifts or bought before baby arrived, may be beyond the returnable time frame. Contact us with any return issues and we are happy to work with you.
For any items being returned, you will be charged original shipping charges if shipping was free with your order. All items are subject to a standard 10% restocking fee. Higher restoking fees may be charged if items were dropshipped or are out of production at the time of return. Clearanced and gently used items may not be returned.

If you are exchanging items for different sizes or colors, shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Price Match

Your satisfaction is our goal and we want you to get a good value for your money. We are happy to match and beat any price on any product, provided that they are being sold on an active website or storefront and according to retailer guidelines. (A store going out of business is not an active store.) Also note, the price match guarantee does not apply to rentals or special packages unless all items are identical.

Website Discrepancies

In the event that our website has any discrepancies in regards to product availability, colors on hand, or incorrect pricing and it affects your order, we will notify you right away with the correct information and do our best to offer you an alternative product.
