Each diaper comes complete with 2 microfiber inserts, both a small and med/large are included. The inside of the diaper is made of the softest fleece and is sure to be soft against baby's bottom. Charlie Banana has also used wide elastic on the back and legs, creating a more comfortable feel for baby. The adjustability of this diaper is created by cinching the leg elastic in and out.
